The place to begin with the Precedence Joker? First off, with some steez. You don’t simply instrument round with a 70T chainring and no brakes with out a little perspective.
After that, for those who’re taking cues from Precedence, you simply have to get hyped. The Joker is “the corporate’s reply to ‘how briskly can we make a belt-drive racing bike?’ The reply is absolutely rattling quick! This crit racer fixie, no-brake terror on the observe is coming quickly,” the corporate stated in a press launch.
Quickly means March 20 (Monday, for all you calendar hounds on the market). The belt-drive bike drops with simply 100 models within the first run. Distribution takes place through code. Register on the web site, and also you’ll obtain a code that provides you a restricted time to fork over the $1,399 MSRP. New codes disburse each 24 hours till the 100 Jokers are not any extra.
Together with the Gates Carbon Drive belt and gigantic ring, you’ll discover an alloy body, tapered carbon fork, and 20mm setback seatpost, all geared towards “aggressive geometry.” It rides on 60mm carbon rims with Goodyear’s Eagle F1 efficiency rubber.
