Grilled Potato Sandwich – Manjula’s Kitchen


Potato Sandwiches give a special dimension to grilled cheese sandwich. They’re scrumptious and add an Indian style to straightforward grilled cheese. Potato& cheese sandwiches are wonderful alternative for a hearty and satisfying lunch.

Recipe will make 2 sandwiches

Grilled Potato SandwichComponents:

  • 4 slices of white agency bread ( I’m utilizing buttermilk bread)
  • 3 medium dimension potatoes boiled peeled and mashed, about 1-1/2 cups of mashed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (hara dhania)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped inexperienced chili (hari mirch)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mango energy (amchoor)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 8 tomato thinly sliced

Methodology

  1. In a bowl combine potatoes, cilantro, ginger, inexperienced chili, salt, cumin seeds, and mango powder effectively.
