Papad ki sabzi it is a conventional Rajasthani dish. Papad ki subji is scrumptious and flavorful. Papad ki sabji has a definite taste and straightforward to make. Serve this sizzling with roti, paratha or plain rice.

- 4 plain papad I’m utilizing plain urad dal 8” diameter- Papadam
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds – jeera
- 1/8 teaspoon asafetida – hing
- 2 entire crimson chili dried
- 2 cups of plain yogurt, bitter yogurt works higher – curd, dahi
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded ginger
- 1 teaspoon crimson chili powder – lal mirch
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric – haldi
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder – dhania
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds – mathi dana
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro – hara dhania
Methodology
- Wash and soak fenugreek seeds for about 5 minutes, and alter the water 3-4 instances, this may cut back the bitterness from the fenugreek seeds. Drain the water and put aside.
- Break the papad in small items. Put aside.
- In a bowl beat the yogurt till it’s easy. Add ginger, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and fenugreek seeds and blend it properly.
- Warmth the oil in a sauce pan over medium warmth, oil needs to be reasonably sizzling. Add cumin seeds as seeds crack add asafetida and entire crimson chilies, decrease the warmth.
- Add yogurt combine and prepare dinner over low warmth stir constantly. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Add about 1 cup of water and prepare dinner for 3-4 minutes after gravy involves boil.
- Add salt and papad combine it and let it prepare dinner for 3-4 minutes. Flip off the warmth add cilantro. Papad ki sabji is able to serve.
