Crispy Vegetable Pakoras
- 4 okras minimize vertically into 4 slices
- 12 inexperienced beans minimize into half then minimize them vertically

- 2 Tbsp corn starch arrow root
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 2 tsp coriander powder dhania

- ¼ tsp pink chili powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt

First put together the greens: okras, wash and pat dry, minimize off the tops and backside. Then minimize the okras vertically into 4 slices. Bell pepper slice into about quarter inch thick, making julienne, and minimize the inexperienced beans into half then minimize them vertically.

Subsequent! Put together pakora combine, combine all of the dry substances collectively, besan, corn starch rice flour, and baking soda, combine them nicely. Rice flour, corn starch and baking soda will add the additional crispness to pakoras.

Now add the opposite spices, coriander powder, mango powder, pink chili powder and salt. Combine all of the substances nicely.

Sprinkle the dry combine over greens combine them nicely add water little at a time as wanted to coat the greens properly with besan spice combine, greens must be coated nicely. I added about 1/4th cup of water.
