The function:

A day within the life:
• Design and implement an annual coaching plan to help the wants of the Public Transportation Division packages.
• Conduct coaching wants assessments to establish talent or information gaps that have to be addressed. Design and develop coaching packages to fulfill the wants.
• Assess coaching program effectiveness and decide the affect of coaching on information hole. Accumulate and analyze suggestions and use to implement enhancements to this system.
• Market trainings to companions, offering communications via exterior channels.
• Keep updated on new coaching strategies and strategies.
• Coordinate advisory committee work together with creating workplans, calendars, databases, and different documentation for the Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC).

What we want:
