Neither my common Tuesday Group nor the group I often trip with on Sundays has gone out for a number of weeks due to all of the rain we’ve had. However yesterday we had lovely sunny skies so I went on a pleasant outing with the Sunday group. We did a difficult two and a half hours, with climbs each on the East aspect of city (up Thomas Grade and thru the Vacation lake neighborhood) and the West aspect (up Willow springs then again via Paradise valley on Oak Glen Ave). These of us are sooner than me, particularly within the hills, so I rode my e-assist bike so I may sustain.
Common coronary heart charge 124, max 159. Good exerciseview from the highest of Willow Springs Highway

I’m a Mechanical Engineer born in 1953, Ph. D, Stanford, 1980. I’ve been energetic within the mechanical CAE discipline for many years. I even have a lifelong curiosity in outside actions and health. I’ve had each hips changed and a coronary heart valve substitute because of a genetic situation. This weblog chronicles my adventures in staying energetic regardless of these bumps within the street.
