Misplaced Pear and Apple: can anybody assist please

Can anybody assist with the hunt for 2 ‘misplaced’ cultivars – a pear known as Croft Fortress, listed in Hogg (1884), however elusive since then and an apple known as ‘Northern Dumpling’, which originated in Gordon Fortress gardens up in Morayshire and which they’re eager to reintroduce.
