It has been fantastic to see BikePortland commenters check with the Workplace of Neighborhood & Civic Life’s new neighborhood profiles. We reported on them a few weeks in the past in our Portland Engagement Venture submit, and I’ve observed a few of you referring to statistical data from the profiles in your feedback. That’s nice!
Shortly after we wrote that article, the Workplace of Neighborhood and Civic Life issued a press launch with a lot of the identical info.
With one exception. The press launch provided a preview of their new Neighborhood Affiliation and District map (at high).
A comparability with the outdated map reveals a small boundary change—the northern-most SW neighborhood affiliation, SWHRL, joined the Northwest coalition. And the brand new map has substituted icons for coalition names.
