all sourced on amazon, every day dosage taken after dinner:
1 capsule – Noticed Palmetto by “Havasu Diet” (500mg noticed palmetto mix)
1 capsule – Stinging Nettle Root by “Actual Herbs” (750mg stinging nettle root)
2 capsules – Beta Sitosterol by “Horbaach” (1200mg cardio sterol complicated per capsule)
I take 6 days straight then take 1 time off

Thanks RufusDawes. That is extraordinarily useful. There are such a lot of “prostate formulation” on the market with a bunch of issues I don’t need. I’ll strive these three dietary supplements. Could I ask why the in the future off?
